@miriamfanz: Did you already watch the first episode that was released last year? What did you think of it? The director's cut promo clip was pretty intense and presents a different angle than some of the previous clips of the series that came out. I know some audiences weren't too happy about the villain (Dominic Lam) being revealed so early in the series (like in the first episode), but I'm actually ok with it because most likely there is more than one villain in the series (and Dominic probably isn't the main one). For me, the more preview clips of Borderline I watch, the more I look forward to watching the actual series! :-)
I did watch the first episode last year, but I don't remember all the details anymore. I remember it was quite intense and I liked the plot twists in the first episode already. I don't mind that Dominic is revealed as the villain, it's pretty obvious anyways. I'm interested to see what Liu Kai-chi's character is all about. I'm looking forward to watching the Borderline too, but I'm actually much more eager for The Election :P
The only thing I didn't like about the DC promo clip is it revealed too much.
It does reveal some things, but I actually think the clip leaves a lot more questions unanswered
I agree with you, miriamfanz. Yes, there was alot revealed in the DC clip, but it also raised alot more questions in my mind now and makes me want to watch the series even more so I can find the answers to those questions. But I guess my opinion is a little skewed, since I'm the type who loves spoilers and will read / watch everything I can get my hands on about a particular series / movie / program because for me, it enhances the viewing experience.
